Our services fall into four main categories. Depending on your current situation, desires and appetite for risk and reward, there are number of pathways under these categories that we customise to best suit your needs.

Joint Venture

H&P doesn’t only work closely with our clients, we formally partner with you as landowners or money partners to help bring your property development and property investing goals to reality.

Under a joint venture agreement, we work together through all stages of the property development from Feasibility to Marketing as contracted partners, both invested in the project and its outcome. Sharing the risk and reward is an excellent way to gain the benefits of our service and expertise, mitigate some of the risk of property development and share in the developers profit!

The partnership is formalised in a legal joint venture agreement where the roles, responsibilities, risks and profit share are all detailed and specific to the project and desired outcome.

Development Management

As Development Manager, H&P oversee your property development through all stages of the property development from feasibility to marketing. The difference with this approach from a Joint Venture is that H&P are engaged under a fee for service arrangement and all the reward is yours! Don’t be mistaken though, that also means you are the bearer of all risk too and that isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

H&P can be a trusted advisor and provide all the guidance, oversight and management needed to make sure your development ends up with the best results possible.

With different fee structures including fixed and variable options throughout the project lifecycle, there’s absolutely an option that suits you and your project.

Project Management

As Project Manager, H&P can oversee the Engineering and Construction stages of the project. At this point, your development has already had planning approval and it’s now time to work through detail and into the build itself.You may have worked through to this stage on your own, you may have engaged H&P as Development Consultant for the early stages and now decided to proceed with construction or you may have bought a property that already has plans and permits.

H&P can manage these stages for you to help your development become a reality.

Development Consultant

As Development Consultant, H&P can be a trusted advisor and provide all the guidance you need in the early stages of the development, from Feasibility through to the completion of the Planning. At that point, you may wish to sell your property with the added value gained through the planning approval or H&P could then move in the role of Project Manager or some form of Joint Venture depending on your situation and goals.

Either way, we can help ensure you find the right property to purchase, or validate that your current property stacks up, provide close guidance through the acquisition stage and oversee the planning approval with the engagement and management of architects, town planners, consultants and engineers.
